Facade
The facade is a building element that must fulfill very high aesthetic standards, must have the best possible physical properties, and meet the condition of load-bearing capacity and stability. The company Guštin d.o.o. offers the installation service of all types of ventilated facades and facades composed of sandwich panels. We can offer consulting and technical assistance in creating a custom-made facade (development of a unique facade).
Ventilated facades consist of load-bearing elements (substructure, c-cassette ...), thermal insulation (mineral wool, PIR ...), ventilated layer, and finishing. Ventilated facade systems are highly energy-efficient, have an extremely long service life, are modular (premium and basic model on the same facade), and in the case of damage, disassembly of adjacent surfaces is not required. The disadvantage of the system is the complexity of performance (the system must be installed by trained installers).
Sandwich panel is a construction element composed of two profiled sheets between which thermal insulation is applied. Thermal insulation can be mineral wool, PIR, and PUR. Each type of thermal insulation significantly affects the characteristics of the panel in terms of mechanical characteristics of bearing capacity, fire resistance, and thermal conductivity. The quality of the sandwich panel is defined by the EN14509 standard. The advantage of the facade made with a sandwich panel is fast installation.
Roofing
Roof is a building element that must meet the very high requirements of rainproofs, aesthetic standards, must have the best possible physical properties, and meet the condition of bearing capacity and stability.
Guštin d.o.o. offers the service of manufacturing and installation of all types of wooden and steel roof structures, and installation of all types of roofs (tiles, steel covers, aluminum roofs, waterproofing foils).
We are able to offer counseling and technical assistance in choosing a roof according to your requirements. The warranty period for roof coverings is a minimum of 10 years from which imposes the conclusion that the materials that are implemented in the roof system must be very good to manage to satisfy the basic requirements of the roof covering, and their installation professionally performed according to the material manufacturer's instructions.
Tinsmith
The basic function of construction sheet metal is primarily aesthetic and mechanical (joint protection of various construction elements). The tinsmith's work quality depends on the quality of materials used and the professional qualifications of the tinsmith.
Guštin d.o.o. has professionally trained tinsmiths who will give your facade additional aesthetic value and long service life. All seam-strips that we perform are recorded with a thermal camera in order to be sure of the quality of the performed work and the thermal permeability of the joints.
Safety systems
Safety systems to prevent falls from height are an integral part of any serious construction work. The company Guštin d.o.o. performs the installation service of security systems ABS Safety GmbH and design of the security system in cooperation with EPRO DOO, an authorized manufacturer for the calculation of the load-bearing capacity of the safety system.
